Bud Woodruff President of Woodruff Construction, provides the highest levels of client satisfaction and loyalty with high quality projects completed on-time and on-budget.
His responsibilities include managing the day to day business and operations. His responsibilities also include business development, contract negotiations, conceptual estimating, estimate reviews, preconstruction services, constructability input, project methods and means.
Wade Woodruff earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction from the Del Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University in May of 2000. During school, on an internship, and after graduation, Wade work for the following companies: Baugh Construction, Perini Building Company and Delta Diversified INC. Wade's responsibilities with these companies included everything from estimating to project management. His education and experience has provided him with an opportunity to successfully open and operate a Southern AZ facility for BWC.
Randal holds a key role on the Woodruff Construction team. He will be the main point of contact on each project. He will manage all correspondence for the projects. Randall will handle all preconstruction activities and provide the daily management for each project. Randal’s experience with educational construction includes new construction, renovations, and repairs for preparatory schools, colleges, and universities. Randal has managed projects for four job order contracts.
David has been in the construction industry for 23 years with vast experience on a multitude of educational JOC projects. David has been the superintendent on over eighty JOC projects. As a project superintendent, David is responsible for all site activities on a project, including safety, scheduling, coordination of vendors, quality control and is the daily point of contact on the project sites.
Justin has been in the construction industry for 10 years and has been a superintendent on five JOC projects. Justin’s civil engineering background is a tremendous resource for any projects requiring site work. As project superintendent, Justin is a key point of onsite supervision for scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and operating a safe job site and timely completion. He operates skillfully and effectively with the goals of the owner as top priority.
